The Metal Alliance Certified Installer and Certified Manufacturer Programs are designed to help our customers deliver consistent, top-tier results while meeting rigorous standards for performance, safety, and reliability. By joining, both manufacturers and contractors gain access to exclusive benefits that can streamline operations, expand credibility, and enhance customer trust.

Two Tracks, One Goal: Partner Growth

The program offers two specialized tracks to address the unique needs of manufacturers and installers:

Advantage Partner — Certified Metal Panel Manufacturer

The Certified Manufacturer program recognizes leading metal panel manufacturers who have demonstrated excellence in fabrication, customer service, and financial management. Applicants must have at least three years of experience in metal panel manufacturing, a proven record of operational soundness and a reputation for excellence. Only select companies that meet the program’s standards will be awarded Advantage Partner status.

5-Star Partner - Certified Metal Roofing Installer

The 5-Star Partner designation is reserved for installers with a proven track record in metal roof installation. Applicants must demonstrate at least three years of metal roofing experience, including references for at least five recent standing seam projects, maintain proper insurance coverage, and uphold workmanship warranties with terms of at least three years. Successful applicants are site-certified to install Metal Alliance roofing systems produced by Certified Manufacturers.

To qualify for either program, both Manufacturers and Installers must also maintain a minimum four-star rating on platforms such as Google, Angie’s List, or the Better Business Bureau.

Getting Certified

Becoming a Certified Partner is designed to be accessible and rewarding. Interested manufacturers and contractors begin by connecting with Metal Alliance to discuss their business goals. After completing a brief application and verification process, qualifying companies participate in in-person and virtual training covering production, quality assurance, and installation standards.

Once certified, partners gain immediate access to technical documentation, warranty procedures, and co-branded marketing materials to help them win more projects and grow their presence in the market.
