Eligible Metal Alliance Customers: Complete and submit the information below to initiate your one-time warranty activation.  Once eligibility is verified, you will receive the Consolidated Limited Product Warranty Agreement for review and signature.  Activation is complete only after the Agreement has been fully executed.  Project Warranties may be issued only after activation is complete.
